Hab Consult is a London based building surveying practice specialising in dilapidations, insurance valuations and construction project management. We also offer services such as expert witness reports, insurance claims management, planned maintenance reports and party walls.
Hab Consult works closely with both investors & developers, landlords and tenants on a wide variety of properties. We do not take a one size fits all approach to providing property consultancy and we understand the importance of providing commercial advice to clients rather than something strictly out of the play book.

After many years of servicing private clients from first-time home buyers to international commercial property companies I set up Hab Consult to continue serving the commercial property industry with a boutique building consultancy that tailors its service to each client.

I have also successfully trained APC candidates through to becoming chartered professional and goes to lengths to ensure that his candidates are confident and proficient surveyors and provides advice to other consultancies on specialist matters.
